Areza Silicone Gel Sheet for Scar is a reusable, thin, soft, transparent, semi-occlusive, self-adhesive silicone gel sheet made entirely from medical-grade silicone. This product may help prevent the formation of scars on freshly healed wounds and/or significantly reduce the appearance of existing scars, including keloid and hypertrophic ones, while promoting permanent scar reduction. It is important to note that this product is not intended for use on open, unhealed wounds. Additionally, this product is not sterile.
The Silicone Gel Sheets for Scars come in a 4" x 4" size, with three sheets per box. These sheets are ideal for all skin types and tones, and may help flatten scars and guard against new scar formation, although results may vary per scar. The sheets can be trimmed as needed to fit the scar.
The product features a non-adherent outer membrane and a self-adherent inner membrane, making it reusable and lasting easily for at least 14 days. The Silicone Gel Sheets for Scars are comfortable and easy to use, and they are hypoallergenic with low sensitivity. No latex was used in the production of this product.
To ensure the safety and quality of the product, it has been tested and certified to be free of detectable latex per ASTM D6499-18 Inhibition ELISA, performed at an A2LA Accredited Lab (USA).
